Membership Requirements criteria

Open and print the Member
Application
|
| |
3.

Fill out in its entirety
the application and fax the completed application to 330-762-3305
|

4.

Upon receipt of the
completed application you will be contacted by Q-Power representative
that will assist you with the remaining steps in this process along with
providing you with a password to review the "Select Vendor" program
exhibits and the complete
"Member Agreement".

Once you have enacted the
"Member Agreement" and "Program Exhibits" your Q-Power privileges will
be activated and you can start saving money immediately. |
